ESF Skegness, Butlins 2024 Booking Links
Please find below the booking links for Butlin’s, Skegness 2024. It’s important you book directly via these links otherwise your group / team won’t be grouped together. From going in previous years the club would recommend the Silver Apartments without the dining plans as you can just eat out when you are there. But you are welcome to book which ever accommodation you wish.

Deposit of £30 will secure your booking / accommodation. We will look to use the fundraising money around March time before the balance is due to help towards paying for all the players. Please support the fundraising challenges and also the Monthly Lotto Ball to help us raise the funds!

IMPORTANT NOTES
· Accommodation for your whole party, including players, families, coaches and supporters, must be booked through ESF Events. If members of your party book alternative accommodation, which is not through ESF Events, the team will not be permitted to participate in the festival.
· We recommend booking accommodation ASAP in order to stand the best chance of getting your first choice accommodation. Your accommodation booking deadline is detailed in the table above. We cannot guarantee that accommodation will be available after this date.
· Accommodation deposits required are £30.00 per person. The final balance payment is due 10 weeks before the festival.
· The meal times quoted on the Butlins website do not apply for ESF 2024. Breakfast starts earlier in the day and the evening meal continues until later than displayed, so meal times don’t clash with your fixtures at the festival.
· Unoccupied beds: In cases where a unit of accommodation is booked leaving unoccupied beds, a full subsidy will be charged. For example, if 3 people book a 4 berth unit of accommodation, they would have to pay for 4 people.
· Click here to view cancellation charges for accommodation at Butlin’s. Please note, Butlin’s charge a minimum £20 admin fee for any changes to accommodation bookings. It is not possible to change the Lead Guest details on an existing booking with Butlin’s, so a booked unit cannot be transferred to another family/group within your touring party. Changes to the Lead Guest’s details are treated as a cancellation.
