Three points on the road tonight as Litherland travelled to Vauxhall Motors for another tricky away fixture! The lads started brightly, with early chances falling to Anderson and Garrigan, but the home keeper stood firm to deny us the opener.

The breakthrough came in the 33rd minute – a Jackson corner dropped kindly to Quinn, who finished acrobatically with a bicycle kick inside the six-yard box! 👏🏼

Half-time: 1–0

Credit to Vauxhall, who came at us strongly after the restart, but our defensive line stood tall, putting bodies on the line to preserve the clean sheet. The points were sealed in the 88th minute when Denton’s clever free kick found Quinn in the box once again – and he coolly slotted home into the bottom corner. 2–0, game over! 👊🏼

It’s been coming, and the lads got what they deserved tonight. Every single player grafted hard on and off the ball, and the result sees us unbeaten in three! ⚫️⚪️
